Qualifications

• Experience in hospital billing and invoicing processes.
• Handling patient payments and guarantee letters.
• Knowledge of hospital information systems.

Responsibilities

• Obtain charge tickets from wards and finalize inpatient bills upon discharge.
• Generate bills and apply discounts; ensure correct charges.
• Collect payments from self-pay patients and guarantors.
• Upload and confirm documents to the portal and follow up guarantee letters.
• Prepare complete bills and respond to inquiries from companies.
