You will orientate and train new clerks, handle admissions, inquiries and billing coordination to ensure a smooth patient experience.

The role expects 1–2 years of experience, proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and competence with Microsoft Office.

Qualifikationen

• Preferable 1-2 years working experience.
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Orientates and trains new clerks.
• Supervise clerks in daily work.
• Provide guidance and counselling to staff when needed.
• Organize regular clerk meetings as per schedule.
• Assist in ensuring service orders for supplies monthly.
• Check or record daily charges and billing.
• Attend to queries from patients and relatives.
• Assist HOS with repairs requests from Maintenance/Housekeeping.
• Maintain accurate patient census statistics.
• Prepare rosters and report clerk progress.
