KPJ Selangor Specialist Hospital is seeking a polite, detail‑oriented receptionist/cashier to support patient admissions, billing, and inquiries. You will ensure accurate registration, handle payments, and maintain confidentiality while coordinating with multiple departments to ensure smooth hospital operations.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English, with at least 2 years in hospitality and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualificações

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Minimum 2 years in a hospitality environment.
• Excellent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Report to workstation on schedule with proper appearance and hygiene.
• Perform receptionist and cashiering duties including billing and receipts.
• Ensure cash is secured in a locked cash drawer at all times.
• Handle shift closing and protect HIS login confidentiality.
• Record cash and cheque payments and generate reports for finance.
• Answer telephone inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Register and admit patients into wards accurately and explain terms.
• Print admission and registration forms and generate patient labels.
• Enter hospital charges and consultant fees into the system correctly.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient data and hospital information.
