Job summary

Promat in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking a Technical Sales Executive to drive specification sales and market development for passive fire protection solutions. The role will focus on Malaysia initially, with expansion to Southeast Asia as business grows, engaging architects, consultants, engineers, developers, contractors and distributors.

You will build strong relationships, provide technical and commercial support, develop compliant passive fire protection solutions, and help achieve

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2–5 years of technical sales experience in building materials, construction, or passive fire protection.
Experience in passive fire protection and specification selling is preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive specification sales, market development and project creation for PROMAT passive fire protection solutions.
Develop business plans to achieve sales, specification and market development objectives.
Promote PROMAT passive fire protection solutions during design stages to influence specifications.
Build long-term customer relationships with architects, consultants, engineers, developers, contractors and distributors.
Maintain an accurate project pipeline and CRM (Salesforce).
Provide technical proposals, quotations and commercial submissions for projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
