Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Partnerships Manager/Assistant Manager role based in Subang Jaya. The role involves identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with key merchants, service providers, and corporate clients. The Partnerships Manager/Assistant Manager will handle day-to-day relationship management, including conducting regular account reviews, resolving partner issues, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions and campaigns. Responsibilities include analyzing partnership performance, preparing reports, recommending improvements, and supporting contract negotiations. The role also requires collaborating with marketing, product, and operations teams to design and implement joint initiatives that drive transaction growth and enhance partner satisfaction.

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess partnership performance, and support decision-making.
• Candidates should possess skills in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships to identify opportunities, build long-term collaborations, and drive mutual value.
• Candidates should possess Account Management skills to oversee partner portfolios, maintain engagement, and ensure service quality.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to present proposals, manage negotiations, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in payments, fintech, telco , or related industries is beneficial.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines is important.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools is an advantage.
