Job summary

PolicyStreet is seeking a current bachelor’s student or fresh graduate to join our Marketing team in Malaysia as a Social Media Content Marketer. You will craft engaging posts, manage channels, and help shape our brand voice across Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok and more.

Working with cross-functional teams, you will research trends, plan campaigns, and coordinate influencer activity while building a portfolio of social media work and learning best-in-class digital marketing practices.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and TikTok platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across major platforms.

• Research trends to craft engaging stories, videos, and digital campaigns.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute content marketing and social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
• Lead social media management, including content planning, publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking
• Plan and execute KOL/influencer marketing campaigns, from identifying suitable KOLs to campaign coordination and performance monitoring
• Research trends and audience insights to develop engaging stories, videos, and digital campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and engagement
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns and continuously optimise content performance

Requirements

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

• Current enrolment in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Exceptional skill with the nuances of social media writing, including the use of hashtags, emojis and acronyms
• Knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and TikTok
• Excellent communication skills, self-initiative and well organized multi-tasker with an eye for detail in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Bonus points if you are a fun social media junkie and like to think out of the box!
• Portfolio to showcase your social media/writing work will be highly considered
