PolicyStreet is building next‑generation insurance solutions with regional reach in Southeast Asia and Australia. The role focuses on structuring end‑to‑end insurance products across commercial and personal lines, ensuring coverage relevance and scalable digital distribution for regional clients.

You will collaborate with Partnership Managers and insurers to align product design, pricing, and terms. A strong emphasis on data‑driven decision making and leadership to build a high‑performing team

Qualifications

• Well‑versed in the insurance industry with exposure to Commercial and Personal Lines.
• Strong knowledge in underwriting, pricing, or product proposition and development.
• Regional experience across Southeast Asia/Asia‑Pacific is preferred.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Structure and own insurance products end-to-end across commercial (All Risk, Cyber) and personal lines (Extended Warranty, Travel, etc.), ensuring coverage relevance, pricing discipline, and scalability for digital distribution for regional clients.
• Partner closely with Partnership Managers to structure and tailor products for digital and embedded solutions, translating partner needs into viable, compliant insurance propositions.
• Manage product rates and pricing frameworks, working closely with insurers to balance competitiveness, loss ratios, and underwriting appetite.
• Act as the key liaison between insurers and partners, driving alignment on product design, terms, and ongoing enhancements.
• Build a high-performing team that balances strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
• Promote a customer‑centric, data‑informed and commercially accountable approach to product management.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

• Well‑versed in the insurance industry, with strong exposure to both Commercial and Personal Lines.
• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience in underwriting, technical pricing, or product proposition/development.
• Proven regional exposure and comfort operating across multi‑market dynamic environments in Southeast Asia / Asia‑Pacific.
• Proficient and decent spoken Mandarin, with the ability to articulate technical product and commercial concepts clearly to business stakeholders and partners is an added advantage
• Strong writing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Results‑driven with a keen analytical ability to turn insights into action.
