Job summary

Huawei seeks a Partner Operations Analyst to support Huawei Cloud partner operations across Asia Pacific. You will analyze data, uncover insights, and help drive partner programs and cross-functional alignment with sales, finance, and leadership.

Based in Malaysia with regional responsibilities across APAC, the role requires strong business judgement, clear communication, and fluency in English to articulate complex issues and influence internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

2+ years of business operation, business administration or partner operation or data analysis working experience.
Cloud or IT related background.
Strong presentation and written skills coupled with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
Be fluent in both written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Work closely with HUAWEI HQ team, country team, operation team, finance team and other virtual teams to enable the partner eco-system to build offerings and GTMstrategy.
Develop and drive promotions, funding benefits, and incentives for partners.
