Job summary

Huawei seeks a Partner Operations Analyst to support Huawei Cloud partner operations across Asia Pacific. You will analyze data, uncover insights, and help drive partner programs and cross-functional alignment with sales, finance, and leadership.

Based in Malaysia with regional responsibilities across APAC, the role requires strong business judgement, clear communication, and fluency in English to articulate complex issues and influence internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of business operation, business administration or partner operation or data analysis working experience.
• Cloud or IT related background.
• Strong presentation and written skills coupled with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
• Be fluent in both written and spoken English.

• Work closely with HUAWEI HQ team, country team, operation team, finance team and other virtual teams to enable the partner eco-system to build offerings and GTMstrategy.
• Develop and drive promotions, funding benefits, and incentives for partners.

Job description

Partner business data analysis: Huawei Cloud partner operation team provide business critical and financial insight using analytics, ensure cross functional alignment of goals and partner performance, and help teams drive partnerships and new initiatives forward. The candidate should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about partners ‘business, with the ability to show the value to the internal stakeholders and external partners. You will immerse yourself in data collection, draw insight from analysis and then zoom out the issues.

Partner process support: In the role, you will take on ambiguous problems, applying sound business judgement and effectively communicating complex issues to audiences that include sales, partner development manager, and senior Huawei leadership.

The position also requires a strong interest in public cloud technology.

The position is based in Malaysia, and its scope will span several countries in Asia Pacific.
