Job summary

SPX Express in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking a Partner Operations Manager to own the performance of a portfolio of delivery partners and drive improvements across service quality and cost efficiency.

You will monitor KPIs, conduct business reviews, coach partners, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale the partner network and ensure smooth onboarding and operations.

• Support partner recruitment, due diligence, and onboarding activities.

• Facilitate the transition of new partners into steady-state operations.
