Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a Partner Training Manager to develop and deliver training programs for the partner delivery network. You will ensure newly onboarded partners are ready to operate and succeed in their territories.

This role involves designing training materials, conducting onboarding sessions, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance operational readiness. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's Degree and are skilled in presentation, communication, and organization.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Experience creating training materials, SOPs, operational manuals, or learning programs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding programs for newly appointed delivery partners.
• Conduct virtual and field-based training sessions.
• Develop and maintain training materials and certification frameworks.
• Assess partner readiness and support change management initiatives.
