Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience managing external partners, vendors, or franchisees is preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel for partner engagement and site visits, if required.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational and commercial performance of a portfolio of delivery partners.
• Monitor partner KPIs including service quality, delivery success, productivity, and cost performance.
• Conduct regular business reviews with partners to identify gaps and improvement plans.
• Provide operational guidance and coaching to improve service levels and outcomes.
• Drive accountability to ensure partners meet performance standards and contractual obligations.
• Analyze network performance and identify opportunities to boost efficiency and capacity utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and implement improvements.
• Support development of performance frameworks and governance for the partner network.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing territories and support scaling.
• Identify and evaluate potential delivery partners for expansion.
• Coordinate onboarding to ensure smooth launches and readiness.
• Facilitate transition of new partners into steady-state operations.
