• Support commercial and operational structural directions for business growth and sustainability.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize cost, delivery time, and market reach.
• Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for all operations processes, including cost, delivery time, market reach, loss rate, and more.
• Spearhead projects and initiatives aimed at bridging gaps within each operational aspect, working closely with external stakeholders and cross‑team departments.
• Facilitate seamless integration of new vendors throughout the entire process, negotiating competitive rates and improved delivery service level agreements (SLAs) to minimize platform shipping costs and enhance overall performance.
• Lead overall project planning and track milestones across key workstreams to achieve desired business outcomes, including establishing clear communication to ground operations to ensure operational feasibility and success.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in any equivalent field.
• Strong data analysis and problem‑solving skills.
• Willing to see projects through and manage end‑to‑end.
• Able to work independently in a complex and diverse environment.
• Well‑versed in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word.
