Responsibilities

• Partner onboarding & enablement for new partners, coordinating induction, systems access and compliance briefing.
• Plan, schedule and deliver product, solution-selling, systems and compliance training for partners.
• Plan and execute partner marketing campaigns, co-branded activities and lead-generation programmes.
• Serve as day-to-day channel partner helpdesk contact and manage escalation handling.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track onboarding, training, campaigns and support metrics.
