Job summary

Menara Maxis in Malaysia seeks a dynamic channel development professional to accelerate partner onboarding, enablement and engagement. You will drive onboarding journeys, coordinate training across formats, and manage campaigns and communications with partners to ensure rapid activation and ongoing value delivery.

Collaborating with IT, Product, Marketing and Legal, you will track milestones, maintain partner content, and report key metrics to the Head of Channel Development, helping Maxis

Responsibilities

• Execute the structured onboarding journey for newly recruited partners — company and product induction, systems/tools access setup, and compliance briefing.
• Plan, schedule and deliver product, solution-selling, systems and compliance training for partners across in-person, virtual and e-learning formats.
• Plan and execute partner marketing campaigns, including co-branded marketing, MDF-funded activities, lead-generation programmes and promotions.
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for partner queries, operating the channel partner helpdesk and coordinating with internal teams.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Product, Marketing and IT to track and report onboarding, training, campaign and support metrics.
