Job summary

Jora Malaysia in Johor Bahru is seeking a target-driven Sales Associate to join our onsite team at the Skudai office. You will build rapport with potential clients, communicate in English and Mandarin, and manage a high volume of calls and follow-ups to meet monthly sales targets.

Collaborate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads, maintain accurate CRM records, and use proven sales techniques to articulate product benefits, while staying proactive and results-oriented.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin to communicate with a diverse client base.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude during cold calling efforts.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and the ability to articulate product/service benefits clearly.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of calls and follow-ups.
• Comfortable working in an onsite environment at our Skudai, Johor office.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach to achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients, addressing inquiries and overcoming objections in a professional and persuasive manner.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, customer interactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and provide support for closing sales.
• Achieve and exceed monthly targets for call volume, appointments set, and qualified leads generated.
