Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a results-driven sales associate to drive outbound calls and emails to potential customers in Malaysia. You will present our products/services and convert prospects into sales, aiming at hitting targets in a fast-paced environment.

The role welcomes fresh graduates, requires strong English communication, Mandarin is a plus, and offers a basic salary with attendance allowance, performance bonus, and clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for generating calls and emails to potential customers with the main goal to achieve your sales target!
Perform outbound sales calls and necessary follow-up via emails / calls to existing and potential customers based on the prospect listing provided by the Company.
To explain product/services to customers in details and convert potential leads to sales.
Answer inquiries from customers related to sales presentation.
To meet sales target consistently based on the project assigned.
