Job summary

PolicyStreet is seeking fresh graduates or interns to support motor insurance policy issuance at our Kuala Lumpur office. You will review client and vehicle details, generate CNs and policies, and coordinate with insurers to ensure timely activation.

The role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced insurtech environment. Ideal candidates have a diploma or degree in business administration or operations, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle motor insurance policy issuance and processing for multiple partners.
• Review and validate customer/vehicle details, quotation information, premium, coverage and payment status before policy issuance.
• Generate and issue Cover Notes (CN) and insurance policies through insurer portals/systems.
• Ensure policies are generated accurately and within the required TAT/SLA.
• Coordinate with insurers and internal teams to resolve policy issuance and premium related issues.
• Monitor and follow-up on pending/failed policy issuance and ensure successful policy activation.
• Handle roadtax processing after successful policy issuance, including checking vehicle and policy details before submission.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

• Fresh graduates and interns are encouraged to apply. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field - is a plus!
• Individuals with the flexibility to commit to gaining hands-on experience for an extended period are welcome to apply as well.

IMPORTANT LOGISTICAL REQUIREMENTS

• This job is onsite, at our office.
• Working hours are 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM (no lunch break). Must be committed and flexible to work at other times when needed.
• 5 days a week (Sunday–Thursday). Sundays will be working from home independently.
• You are required to be equipped with your own technology devices.
