PolicyStreet is a homegrown insurtech in Kuala Lumpur, building data‑driven insurance solutions across Asia. We’re seeking a final‑year student or graduate to join our Data Analytics team as an analyst intern.

You will collect, clean, and organize data; perform exploratory analysis; support dashboards; and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver insights that improve business processes. This role offers hands‑on experience with SQL, Python, and Looker Studio, strong mentorship, and

• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders.

• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organising data from various sources.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU

• Final year diploma or Bachelor's degree in Data Analyst, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Intermediate experience with SQL and data visualisation tools (e.g. Looker Studio).
• Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python) is an advantage.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast‑paced environment.
