Job summary

PolicyStreet is a Kuala Lumpur–based insurtech group delivering digital insurance solutions across Asia and Australia.

You will handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp and email, assist with insurance, payments, renewals, road tax, and policy questions; follow up and manage tickets; coordinate with internal teams and insurers to resolve issues; ensure all interactions are recorded in the CRM and adhere to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• Strong communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Customer-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and responsible.
• Comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp, email and other digital platforms.
• Can work independently and in a team.
• Customer service or insurance experience is an advantage.
• Willing to work rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and assist via WhatsApp and email using customer service tools.

• Monitor and manage customer tickets and ensure timely resolution.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Handle customer enquiries and provide assistance via WhatsApp and email using customer service tools
• Assist customers with insurance, payment, renewal, road tax, and policy-related enquiries.
• Follow up with customers for required documents or information.
• Monitor and manage customer tickets and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams and insurers to resolve customer issues.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ensure all customer interactions and case updates are properly recorded in the CRM.
• Follow company SOPs and service standards.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:
