Job summary

Claytan Fine China (Tableware) Sdn. Bhd. invites a friendly, proactive part-time Visitor Assistant to welcome guests, conduct tours of CAVC facilities, and provide clear introductions to our operations and products.

You will receive and guide visitors during company visits, assist with event coordination, and share knowledge about the company and its history. Fluency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.

Qualifications

• College or university students seeking part-time opportunities.
• Previous experience as an event assistant, receptionist, tour guide, customer service representative, or in a similar role.
• Students pursuing studies in Business Administration, Tourism Management, Marketing, or related fields.
• Fresh Graduates / No Experience Welcome
• No prior experience is required.
• On-the-job training (OJT) will be provided.
• Candidates with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours and introduce visitors to the company and CAVC facilities.
• Assist in receiving and guiding visitors during company visits.
• Provide basic explanations about company operations, products, and history.
• Support event and visitor coordination activities when required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
