• Proficiency in English is essential.

• Prior experience in event support, brand activations, retail, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
• Flexibility to work weekends or evenings based on project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Workshop setup & display: Arrive early to unpack and stage creative materials.
• Guest facilitation & storytelling: Welcome guests, introduce the activation concept, guide attendees.
• On-site support: Assist during sessions, ensuring a polite and engaging guest experience.
• Station maintenance & teardown: Keep areas clean and pack materials after events.
