Job summary

WAUDERFUL SDN BHD is seeking a barista in Malaysia to prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards. You will handle equipment, assist customers, and maintain cash transactions, while delivering friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of barista experience, and strong multi-tasking and communication skills to ensure satisfaction and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year experience as a barista.
• Retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong ability to multi-task.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to problem solve quickly.

• Ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards.
• Properly handle and maintain all equipment.
• Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner.
• Accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures.
• Serve customers quickly and efficiently.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings.
• Observe relevant health and safety standards.
