As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Crafting Exceptional Beverages: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and consistency, ensuring each cup meets our high standards.
• Customer Service: Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, take and prepare customer orders, and provide product recommendations based on preferences.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the coffee preparation area, equipment, and dining area clean and organized to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for both customers and team members.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our coffee offerings, including origins, flavor profiles, and brewing methods, to educate and engage customers.
• Efficiency and Time Management: Handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours, ensuring minimal wait times for customers.
• Cash Handling: Process customer transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly, maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow team members to uphold a positive and cohesive work environment.
