Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking enthusiastic full-time baristas in Putrajaya to deliver high-quality coffee and beverages while maintaining a clean, efficient cafe environment.

You will prepare drinks, operate espresso machines, manage orders at the POS, restock supplies, and ensure prompt service with a friendly approach. Mandarin language is a plus and opportunities for promotion are available.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
• High level of attention-to-detail.
• Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas and processes.
• Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to café standards.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the barista counter and dining area.
• Ensure all beverages are presented neatly and served promptly.
• Take customer orders accurately and handle POS transactions.
• Refill and restock coffee beans, milk, and other ingredients when needed.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Assist in daily opening and closing duties.
• Follow café SOPs for beverage preparation and food handling.
• Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
