Qualifications

• Master / Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Strong design sense and passion for architecture.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, D5 Render, Enscape.
• Knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
• Familiar with Malaysian authority submission and construction processes.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and deadline-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts based on project requirements and client briefs.
• Prepare drawings, design presentations, 3D models, and visual materials.
• Participate in design discussions, client presentations, and project coordination.
• Prepare submission drawings, technical documentation, and related documents.
• Coordinate with consultants and authorities throughout submission.
• Attend site meetings and monitor construction progress; resolve design/technical issues.
• Manage assigned project tasks and deliverables within agreed timelines.
• Communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
