Job summary

Swan & Maclaren is seeking an architect in Malaysia to plan, design and develop projects from concept to completion. You will prepare drawings, documentation and submissions, and coordinate with clients, consultants and authorities to resolve issues.

The role requires 4 years on similar projects, strong CAD/3D skills (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite), and the ability to work independently or in a team while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Architecture with Part II qualification.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project coordination.
• Experience from design development through construction stages.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and other architectural software.
