Job summary

Voith Paper Fabrics Ipoh Sdn. Bhd. in Ipoh, Malaysia, seeks a sales and service professional to cover assigned customers, ensure safety compliance, and drive service and sales activities for Paper & Roll System (FRS).

The role focuses on developing customer relationships, delivering quality service, and contributing to profitability with timely technical visits and data for discussions with clients. Fluency in English and Mandarin is preferred for cross-client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemical, Papermaking, Science, or related field is required.
• Minimum 2 years experience in papermaking or paper machine clothing/Roll business or similar.
• Understanding of Paper Machines and related Manufacturing Process.
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction including after-hours calls and travel.
• Ability to liaise effectively with internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales and service activity in the given area and assigned customers.
• Follow health and safety requirements in fulfilling this role.
• Promote the company image through timely technical visits and data for discussions.
• Organize, plan and manage service & sales schedule with manager guidance.
• Provide inputs in marketing activities in collaboration with Regional Sales team.
