Job summary

NielsenIQ is seeking a Panel Support Specialist in Malaysia to help manage TV and Digital panel members and ensure data quality. You will handle member queries, troubleshoot issues, and support in communications such as newsletters and campaigns.

Based in Malaysia with cross-border collaboration to Singapore, you’ll engage with vendors and panelists while maintaining tight data controls in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual communication in English and Chinese; Malay a plus.
• Degree or diploma in marketing, business, or communications.
• Basic database knowledge and data management understanding.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
• Experience in customer service or panel management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Address panel member queries via email and other channels with care.
• Troubleshoot TV/Digital panel app and software issues.
• Maintain and validate panel member databases and QA checks.
• Create and edit content for newsletters, bulletins, and campaigns.
• Perform data checks and highlight discrepancies for stakeholders.
• Assist in panel communications and engage vendors/members.
• Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams.
