Job summary

NIQ is seeking a Panel Support Specialist to join the TV and Digital panel operations from Malaysia, collaborating with the Singapore Panel Management Team to ensure member compliance and data accuracy.

You will troubleshoot app issues, assist with panel communications, create engaging content for newsletters and campaigns, and support data checks while working remotely with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Basic understanding of database concepts.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and validate data.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver accurate results.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling large datasets.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and cultures.
• Good time management and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Address panel member queries via email and other channels with timely, accurate responses.
• Troubleshoot issues reported by TV and Digital panels and Content Insights panels.
• Perform panel member database maintenance and quality checks.
• Create and edit content for newsletters, bulletins, portals, and campaigns.
• Conduct detailed data checks and report discrepancies.
• Manage databases of household, individual, and technical data.
• Support fieldwork to collect media consumption and demographics data.
• Coordinate with technicians/part-timers to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams to gather insights.
