Job summary

NielsenIQ in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Part-Time Panel Recruiter & Support to assist with participant recruitment and panel management for market research projects. This role combines recruitment, CATI interviewing, and panel support, focusing on DAM recruitment and annual panel maintenance.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Mandarin (Malay a plus), comfortable with phone interviews, and able to work on-site with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (conversational)
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with smartphones and mobile survey apps
• Able to work independently and manage tasks in KL office

Responsibilities

• Assist with participant recruitment for Digital Audience Measurement (DAM) panels
• Conduct telephone interviews and annual panel maintenance tasks
• Guide participants through registration and profiling surveys
• Update project records and provide daily recruitment progress
