Job summary

SAM Engineering & Equipment (M) Bhd in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia seeks skilled operators for pretreatment, wastewater treatment and precision polishing in aerospace/semiconductor work.

Responsibilities include ensuring proper process sequence, achieving spec polishing without grind marks, using correct tools, and performing light welding or painting touch-ups if needed. SPM or diploma with related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma with related field experience.
• Experience with pretreatment and surface finishing processes.
• Ability to operate drilling, tapping and clinching processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure pretreatment and wastewater treatment run in the correct order according to process requirements.
• Ensure polishing is free of grind marks and meets specifications.
• Use proper tools per process: polishing, buffing, grinding, pre-treatment, clinching, drilling and tapping.
• Perform welding or painting touch-ups if required by spec.
• Verify all tools are functioning before use.
• Handle any other duties assigned by supervisor.

Job description

Make sure the both Treatment [Pretreatment and Waste Water Treatment] running in order according to the requirement of the process.

Make sure the polishing part free of grind mark and meet spec.

Responsibility on using correct tools according the process involve example polishing, buffing, grinding, pre-treatment, clinching, drilling and tapping.

Welding, painting touch up as per spec if require.

Make sure all the tools is good function before use.

Any other responsibilities assigned by Superior from time to time.

Requirement:

SPM / Diploma / relate experience in the field
