Job summary

SAM Engineering & Equipment (M) Bhd in Penang invites a spray process specialist to optimize quality and efficiency in its aerospace and precision manufacturing environment. You will plan spray processes, coordinate tasks, monitor quality, and train subordinates to meet company standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, ensuring a safe, clean spray booth, preparing weekly progress reports, and solving technical issues to deliver on time.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years working experience in similar capacity.

• Plan spray process, estimate hours, and schedule in department.
• Prepare weekly progress reports for management review.

• Maintain spray equipment and arrange for service when required.
• Ensure high quality of spray products produced.
• Keep spray booth and equipment clean and safe.

Job description

To propose spray process method to improve quality and efficiency to meet company standard.

Ensure that all tasks assigned are properly arranged.

Carry out spray process such as pre-treatment , preparation , polishing wet paint , powder paint , paint touch up and etc.

To coordinate and solve any technical problem within your knowledge in order to get the job done on time.

To plan spray process,estimate,hours and schedule in their department.

To prepare weekly progress report for management review.

To train subordinates assigned in term of technical aspect and day to day operation of the spray parts.

Responsible for spray part with efficiency.

To control the highest quality of spray products produced.

Maintaining of spray equipment and arranging for service when required.

To ensure the working surrounding is kept clean and safe.

To maintain cleanliness of the spray booth and equipment.

Any other responsibilities assigned by Superior from time to time.

Requirements:

SPM/ SVM/ SKM/ Diploma

3-5 years working experience in similar capacity.
