Job summary

SAM Malaysia is seeking a fresh graduate to join our polishing and deburring team. You will polish and deburr parts to meet customer delivery dates while adhering to Work Instructions and maintaining equipment calibration and safety.

Role includes assisting supervisors and engineers on basic processes, maintaining a clean work area, and taking on additional duties as assigned by a supervisor.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate with polishing background welcome to apply.
• SPM is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Polish and deburr all parts to meet delivery dates.
• Follow Work Instructions for polishing and deburring processes.
• Ensure all instruments and tools used are calibrated and safe to use.
• Maintain cleanliness of the polishing and deburring area.
• Assist supervisor, engineer and machinist on basic machining when required.
• Perform housekeeping in the polishing and deburring area.
• Adhere to supervisor directions and take on other tasks as assigned.

Job description

To perform polishing & deburring job for all parts to meet customer delivery date.

To ensure all parts are polish & deburred using the right method and must follow Work Instruction.

To ensure all instrument and tools are calibrated and safe to use.

To maintain cleanliness of the instrument and tools are used.

Responsible for housekeeping in polishing & deburring area

To assist supervisor, engineer and machinist on basic machining for any processes when required.

Any other responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time.
