Job summary

RHB Bank is seeking a highly motivated Paid Dealer’s Representative to join the team. You will execute trades for local and foreign retail equities, manage client portfolios, drive sales and marketing initiatives, and ensure full regulatory compliance to support the growth of our retail equities broking business.

You will strengthen client relationships, participate in branch activities, and review client backgrounds and funds sources to meet Securities Commission and Bursa Malaysia

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Paid Dealer’s Representative to join our team at RHB Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for executing trades, managing client portfolios, driving sales and marketing initiatives, and ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in strengthening client relationships and supporting the growth of our retail equities broking business.

What you will be doing

• Execute trades for local and foreign retail equities clients.
• Carry out sales and marketing activities to acquire new clients.
• Manage client portfolios by providing market updates and maintaining strong relationships.
• Promote and cross-sell the Bank’s products to clients.
• Participate in branch marketing and promotional activities to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Review clients’ credit limits based on collateral, financial standing, and track record to minimize contra losses and support risk management.
• Take reasonable steps to understand clients’ backgrounds, investment objectives, financial standing, and sources of funds to ensure compliance with Securities Commission, Bursa Malaysia, Bank Negara Malaysia, and other relevant regulations.
