Afterschool is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage production planning and packing operations in a manufacturing environment. The role involves coordinating with marketing, shipping and purchasing to ensure timely order processing and container deliveries.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Manage the production planning and overall packing operation.
• Evaluate and review Weekly Sales Review (WSR), analyze and produce forecasts for planning.
• Coordinate with marketing, shipping, and purchasing departments on sales order processing.
• Liaise with Marketing, Production, QA, Shipping, and Purchasing to ensure on-time container delivery to customers.
• Monitor production output to ensure packing output meets targets.
• Coordinate with shipping for shipment deliveries and with other factories for combined shipment orders.
• Coordinate with Purchasing on sales order status and order packing materials accordingly.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage the production planning and overall packing operation.
• Evaluate and review Weekly Sales Review (WSR), analyze and produce forecasts for planning.
• Coordinate with marketing, shipping, and purchasing departments on sales order processing.
• Liaise with Marketing, Production, QA, Shipping, and Purchasing to ensure on-time container delivery to customers.
• Monitor production output to ensure packing output meets targets.
• Coordinate with shipping for shipment deliveries and with other factories for combined shipment orders.
• Coordinate with Purchasing on sales order status and order packing materials accordingly.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Candidate with at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent from reputable universities.
• Fresh graduates or entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.00 and above.
