Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with CGPA 3.00+
• Fresh graduates or entry-level applicants encouraged
• Good command of English and Malay (spoken and written)
• Results-oriented with strong follow-up and negotiation skills
• Pleasant personality and ability to interact with all levels of people

Responsibilities

• Manage the production planning and overall packing operation.
• Evaluate and review Weekly Sales Review (WSR), analyze and produce forecasts for planning.
• Coordinate with marketing, shipping, and purchasing departments on sales order processing.
• Liaise with Marketing, Production, QA, Shipping, and Purchasing to ensure on-time container delivery to customers.
• Monitor production output to ensure packing output meets targets.
• Coordinate with shipping for shipment deliveries and with other factories for combined shipment orders.
• Coordinate with Purchasing on sales order status and order packing materials accordingly.
