Job summary

Arbex, a leading tissue and hygiene company in Malaysia, is seeking a seasoned P2P specialist to drive process improvements across S2P and S2C. You will liaise with internal customers across global regions and lead changes to standardize procedures.

Ideal candidates have a Finance or Accounting degree, 5+ years in P2P, and strong English communication. The role offers a flexible work model with collaboration across teams in APAC and beyond.

Qualifications

• Finance or Accounting degree required.
• Experience with ERP (R3/S4) and Coupa desirable.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in P2P processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive and support process changes aligned with company plans in S2C/S2P areas.
• Deliver cost efficiencies through continuous improvement of world class process management.
• Provide high-quality customer experience across P2P processes globally.
• Lead projects and drive changes within the P2P process using a broad internal network.
• Support as technical and compliance expert in tests and process walkthroughs for P2P.
