Job summary

Arbex in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a P2P SME & Process Owner on a fixed-term basis to lead and optimize end-to-end procure-to-pay processes across regions.

You will drive process changes, deliver cost efficiencies, ensure high-quality customer experience, and collaborate with global teams including Finance, Procurement Operations, and CI functions to standardize practices.

Qualifications

• Finance or accounting degree required.
• Experience with ERP (R3/S4) and Coupa preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of P2P experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Excellent MS Office and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive and support process changes aligned with KC plans in S2C/S2P.
• Deliver cost efficiencies through continuous improvement in S2P.
• Ensure high-quality customer experience across S2P processes.
• Lead projects and drive changes across S2P leveraging global best practices.
• Provide technical and compliance tests and process walkthroughs for S2P.
• Maintain relationships with internal customers and stakeholders to align priorities.
• Support operational P2P teams to meet goals and provide day-to-day support.
• Execute process controls and update SOPs as needed.
• Implement standardization across EMEA, APAC & LATAM.

About You

• Driving & supporting process changes aligned with K-C plans and initiatives in the S2C area (ES4)
• Delivering cost efficiencies though driving continuous improvement to achieve world class process management, including global initiatives in the S2P area
• Providing and ensuring a high-quality customer experience across S2P processes and globally
• Leading projects and driving changes within the S2P process and wider business by leveraging a broad network to understand “best practice” opportunities and build process capability
• Supporting as technical and compliance expert in performing tests and process walkthrough for S2P
• Developing and maintaining a strong working relationship with internal customers (Invoice Processing and Query Management team, Procurement Operations, GBS Project Management and CI functions) and other process stakeholders to ensure that priorities are appropriately focused and delivered, and operating issues/non efficiencies are removed
• Supporting operational P2P teams to meet the defined department goals and activity metrics and providing day to day business support
• Execution of operational process controls and updating Standard Operating Procedures if required
• Implement and develop process changes bringing standardization between EMEA, APAC & LATAM regions

Qualifications and Experience

• Finance or Accounting Degree
• Experience in ERP (R3,S4), Coupa.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in P2P area
• Procurement Operations knowledge would be an asset
• Fluency in English
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Very good MS Office skills, i.e. Microsoft Excel, MS Word, Power Point, MS Teams
• Excellent quantitative and data analysis skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Change agent with ability to influence at all levels of the organization
