Job summary

Reolink, a leader in intelligent visual technology, is seeking a Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Lead in Kuala Lumpur to oversee the entire P2P process. This role will ensure timely vendor payments while maintaining compliance with tax regulations.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of relevant experience and expertise in ERP systems, as well as a strong understanding of internal controls and process improvements. This position supports Reolink's commitment to operational excellence and efficient financial processes.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in Accounts Payable / P2P operations.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end AP process flow.
• Experience in multinational shared services environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full Procure-to-Pay process from vendor onboarding to payment execution.
• Ensure invoice accuracy and timely posting in ERP.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and control documentation.
