Job summary

Danone Business Services APAC is seeking a P2P Analyst to ensure smooth payment operations across the region, including China. You will process payments, strengthen controls, and collaborate with finance, procurement, suppliers, and regional teams in a dynamic shared services environment.

You will gain exposure to invoice processing, payment controls, and process optimization while contributing to transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field.
1+ years in Accounts Payable, Payment Operations, P2P, Treasury, or SSC.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Fluency in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

Execute scheduled payments accurately within timelines and compliant with policies.
Manage payment activities for the China market with potential rotation.
Maintain a strong control environment and governance standards.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve inquiries.
Monitor payment failures and risks, driving issue resolution.
Support month-end and year-end payment operations.
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls.
Leverage digital tools to streamline payment processes.
Contribute to business continuity within P2P.
Work with regional and global teams on transformation initiatives.
