Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a P2P Finance Assistant – Facilities Management to support end-to-end P2P operations in the China market, including PR, PO follow-up, SES/GR coordination, and invoice tracking. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in Shared Services or P2P, and proficiency in SAP and Excel, with strong English and Chinese communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in Shared Services, P2P, AP, or operations support.
• Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems for PO processing and financial coordination.
• Advanced Excel skills for tracking data and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end P2P operations: PR, PO follow-up, SES/GR, and invoice tracking.
• Resolve invoice, PO, and financial posting issues with AP, vendors, FM, Controllers, and Procurement.
• Coordinate vendor master data creation and maintenance with requestors and Procurement teams.
• Support cost allocation, intercompany billing, accruals, and JV requests with proper documentation.
