Job summary

Danone Business Services APAC, based in Malaysia, is seeking a P2P Analyst to execute payments, strengthen controls, and support regional APAC operations including opportunities for rotation across the region. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Payment Operations, P2P, Treasury, or a Shared Services environment.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Familiarity with banking platforms, electronic payment processing, and payment controls.
• Experience in a Shared Service Center (SSC) or multinational organization will be an added advantage.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English is required to support stakeholders, suppliers, and business partners across the China market.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled payments accurately and within established timelines, ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage payment activities for the China market and potential rotation across other APAC countries as needed.
• Maintain a strong control environment by adhering to internal policies, procedures, and governance standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers, business users, and internal stakeholders to resolve payment inquiries and ensure high service delivery.
• Monitor and minimize payment failures, processing errors, and operational risks.
• Support month-end and year-end activities related to payment operations for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls.
• Leverage digital tools and automation to streamline payment processes and reduce manual effort.
• Contribute to business continuity plans and support P2P transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams on transformation projects.
