Job summary

Titanicom Tech Limited, founded in Hong Kong, operates globally with data centers and IT services. This role requires overseas IT operation and maintenance expertise to participate in IDC data center 5x8 duty, handle work orders, respond to events, and lead a team to ensure stable delivery.

You should have 3+ years IDC IT operation experience, strong incident handling, team leadership, and proficiency with work order systems and IDC servers. Fluency in Chinese/English preferred.

Overseas IT operation and maintenance experts

This position is required by Alibaba Cloud to participate in IDC data center 5 * 8 duty, undertake IT operation and maintenance work orders and event response; Identify operational risks, continuously optimize SOP/SOP, and lead the team to ensure stable and efficient delivery of the data center.

Main Responsibilities

1. Participate in the IDC data center 5 * 8 duty as required by Alibaba Cloud

2. According to SLA, respond to events, execute work orders, and complete temporary tasks

3. Proactively carry out IT operation and maintenance risk identification, implement control measures, and continuously optimize SOP/EOP

4. Proficient in using the work order system, strictly following SOP, independently handling work orders, and collaborating with experts to troubleshoot complex faults

5. Independently handle non-standard scenarios and coordinate cross team issues in a closed-loop manner

6. Lead the team to improve operational stability and efficiency, and mitigate risks; Promote project coordination, process optimization, and technical standard development

About you

1. Having over 3 years of IDC IT operation and maintenance experience, proficient in event review and optimization implementation

2. Capable of team management, cross departmental collaboration, and project advancement

3. Proficient in work order system, proficient in IDC server, network operation and troubleshooting

4. Language: Local language+English/Local language+Chinese, fluency in Chinese is preferred
