Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in MEP installation, equipment commissioning, testing & validation, and project management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple projects.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.

• Documentation & Knowledge Management: collect, organize, and consolidate technical documents to establish a knowledge base.
• Information & Evidence Entry: record critical information into online systems and present test results.
• Communication & Coordination: manage testing-related communication and cross-functional coordination via remote meetings and on-site supervision.
• Acceptance & Timeline Control: oversee acceptance testing to ensure timeliness, identify and resolve issues, and keep tasks on schedule.
• Professional Integrity: demonstrate a high level of responsibility, honesty, and professional integrity.

Job description

Documentation & Knowledge Management: Collect, organize, and consolidate technical documents to establish a comprehensive knowledge base for new data center infrastructure.

Information & Evidence Entry: Record critical information into online systems and present test results as verification evidence.

Communication & Coordination: Manage testing-related communication and cross-functional coordination via remote meetings and on-site supervision.

Acceptance & Timeline Control: Oversee the acceptance testing process to ensure timeliness, proactively identify and resolve issues, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.

Professional Integrity: Demonstrate a high level of responsibility, honesty, and professional integrity.

Work Experience

Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Technical Domains: Electrical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Dynamic Environment Monitoring (DCIM/BMS), or Construction Management.

Key Functional Experience: MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) installation, equipment commissioning, testing & validation, and project management.

Overall Competence

Project & Multi-tasking Management: Strong capability in coordinating and managing multiple concurrent projects; PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.

Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and strong team spirit, with a focus on mutual support and collaboration.

Language Proficiency: Proficient in both English and Chinese (written and spoken); fluency in local languages is a plus.
