Titanicom Tech Limited, based in Johor Bahru, seeks a Data Center Warehouse Executive (fresh grads welcomed) to manage 7x24 on-site duties, asset registration, and SLA-driven work orders. You will safeguard asset storage, data security, and participate in asset lifecycle processes in a fast-paced data center environment.

Ideal candidates have a basic understanding of asset management and willingness to learn IDC security standards, with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse management experience; fresh graduates welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Be on duty 7x24 and respond to urgent requests or provide on-site support.
• Follow asset SOP for access registration and entry/exit registration.
• Respond to and execute work orders per SLA and ensure asset information accuracy; propose optimizations.
• Comply with IDC environment and asset security standards; manage storage, transport, and decommissioning.
• Perform full inventory of data center assets with 100% accuracy using asset management tools.
• Understand asset management project processes with basic risk and progress control and team empowerment.

Data Center Warehouse Executive (Fresh Grad Welcomed! Based JB)

1. Be on duty during 7x24 working hours, able to respond to urgent requests after working hours or provide on-site support.

2. Strictly comply with asset management red lines , compliance legal requirements, ensuring workflows are compliant and legal; no unauthorized coding, concealment, or violations.

3. Strictly follow asset SOP to perform warehouse access registration management and asset entry/exit registration management.

4. Be familiar with asset management tools and platforms; respond to and execute work orders in accordance with SLA requirements, ensuring SLA compliance rate and accuracy of asset information; possess ability to propose optimization suggestions for asset management and work order processes.

5. Be familiar with and comply with IDC environment and asset security management standards; strictly manage all aspects of asset storage, transportation, entry/exit, and decommissioning according to asset SOP; ensure assets are not damaged and data security is maintained; possess ability to propose optimization suggestions for environmental safety and asset safety control measures.

6. Execute full inventory of data center assets, ensuring consistency of asset location, SN, status, model, and record accuracy (100%); proficient in using asset management tools and related software for fast data retrieval, analysis, and abnormal data extraction.

7. Familiar with asset management project management processes, with basic capabilities in risk control, progress control, and project acceptance during project implementation, as well as the ability to empower teams and improve efficiency.

Job Requirement

1. Minimum 1 year of warehouse management experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged).

2. Clear and logical expression, polite listening.

3. Team spirit, proactively supporting and backing up other members.
