Job summary

The role emphasizes rigorous documentation, cross-functional coordination, and adherence to acceptance timelines.

Ideal candidates bring at least 5 years of relevant experience in MEP-related fields, strong communication, and a PMP or equivalent

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in MEP installation, equipment commissioning, testing & validation, and project management.
• Proven ability to document, organize, and manage knowledge bases for technical domains.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and consolidate technical documents into a knowledge base for data center infra.
• Record critical information into online systems and present test results as verification evidence.
• Coordinate testing-related communication and cross-functional activities via remote meetings and on-site supervision.
• Oversee acceptance testing to ensure timeliness and proactively resolve issues so tasks finish on schedule.
• Demonstrate professional integrity and responsibility throughout project delivery.

Job description

Documentation & Knowledge Management: Collect, organize, and consolidate technical documents to establish a comprehensive knowledge base for new data center infrastructure.

Information & Evidence Entry: Record critical information into online systems and present test results as verification evidence.

Communication & Coordination: Manage testing-related communication and cross-functional coordination via remote meetings and on-site supervision.

Acceptance & Timeline Control: Oversee the acceptance testing process to ensure timeliness, proactively identify and resolve issues, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.

Professional Integrity: Demonstrate a high level of responsibility, honesty, and professional integrity.

Work Experience

Years of Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Technical Domains: Electrical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Dynamic Environment Monitoring (DCIM/BMS), or Construction Management.

Key Functional Experience: MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) installation, equipment commissioning, testing & validation, and project management.

Overall Competence

Project & Multi-tasking Management: Strong capability in coordinating and managing multiple concurrent projects; PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.

Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and strong team spirit, with a focus on mutual support and collaboration.

Language Proficiency: Proficient in both English and Chinese (written and spoken); fluency in local languages is a plus.
