Job summary

Titanicom Tech Limited, based in Johor, Malaysia, is seeking a Regional Manager Assistant to support regional data analysis, reporting, and cross-border coordination. The role focuses on preparing insights for management and maintaining regional documentation.

Responsibilities include preparing presentations, sales forecasts, and strategic materials, with occasional travel within the region to drive business development and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or above; outstanding recent graduates welcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills; able to handle cross-departmental and cross-border affairs.
• Meticulous and responsible, with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask.
• Proactive and efficient; able to complete assigned tasks independently and maintain efficiency under pressure.
• Strong teamwork spirit.
• Willing to travel as needed for business operations.
