Job summary

Tealive is seeking an Outlet Supervisor for its Aeon Mall Nilai location. The role covers staff management, scheduling, stock oversight, and daily cash reporting, with a focus on delivering high-quality beverages that adhere to SOPs.

You will promote Tealive products, upsell during service, and ensure excellent customer experiences while maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a food & beverage environment preferred for supervisor role.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and public holidays.
• Willingness to participate in special events when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage outlet staff and scheduling to ensure smooth operations.
• Control food costs, conduct stock takes and ordering.
• Drive outlet sales and profitability through upselling and promotions.
• Directly engage customers and convert interest into sales.
• Explain Tealive products clearly and promote offerings to customers.
• Assist with daily cash reporting and end-of-day reconciliation.
• Maintain high standards of beverage quality following SOPs.
• Clean, restock dining areas, and sanitize equipment and utensils.

Job Scope :

Outlet staff management and scheduling

Outlet food costs control, stock take and stock ordering

Outlet sales and profitability

Direct potential customers into the restaurant

Explain and promote products and offerings

Daily cash reporting

Welcoming customers and greet every customer with a big smile and enthusiasm.

Brewing coffee or tea and serve the drinks to customers.

Ensure every drink serves to customers are made with passion and have the highest quality standards by following the right SOP.

Able to explain all Tealive products clearly to customers, and to promote/upsell Tealive products at all times.

Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least SPM / O-Level.

For supervisor, have at least 1 year of prior experience in a food and beverage environment.

May work special events, as needed.

Must be able to work overtime as needed.

Must be able to work on Flexible time, Weekends & Public Holiday.
