Job summary

Tealive is hiring a friendly service crew in Malaysia to brew coffee or tea, serve drinks and greet customers with a smile. You will explain products, promote upsells, and maintain strict quality standards by following SOPs. You will manage cash registers, handle daily transactions, and ensure clean, sanitized work and dining areas.

Overtime, weekends and public holidays required. Training provided; experience in F&B is a plus; SPM/O-Level required.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least SPM / O-Level.
• Experience in a food and beverage environment with customer-facing responsibilities is a plus.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Flexible time including weekends and public holidays.

Requirements

Prior experience in a food and beverage environment with customer facing responsibilities is an added advantage.
